The Board of Directors of Digital Workforce Services Plc has resolved not to commence the performance period 2024–2026 of the performance-based matching share plan
The Board of Directors of Digital Workforce Services Plc established a Performance-Based Matching Share Plan in 2021 for the key employees of the company. The key terms of the Performance-Based Matching Share Plan 2022–2026 were published by Initial Public Offering Prospectus on 18 November 2021. The company has announced the commencement of the Performance Period 2023—2025 on 1 February 2023.
The Board has resolved not to commence the Performance Period 2024–2026 of the Plan. The ongoing Performance Periods of 2022—2024 and 2023—2025 will continue unamended.

Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n hallitus päätti olla käynnistämättä suoriteperusteisen lisäosakejärjestelmän ansaintajaksoa 2024–2026
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n hallitus perusti suoriteperusteisen lisäosakejärjestelmän yhtiön avainhenkilöille vuonna 2021. Suoriteperusteisen lisäosakejärjestelmän 2022–2026 keskeiset ehdot julkaistiin listautumisannin esitteessä 18.11.2021. Yhtiö on tiedottanut ansaintajakson 2023—2025 alkamisesta 1.2.2023.
Hallitus on päättänyt olla käynnistämättä järjestelmän ansaintajaksoa 2024–2026. Järjestelmän käynnissä olevat ansaintakaudet 2022—2024 ja 2023—2025 jatkuvat muuttumattomina.
