In the directed share issue, the Company offered GFC 194,944 new shares of the Company (“Share Issue”) for subscription.A total of 194,944 new shares have been registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office today on 8 September 2022. Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of issued shares in Componenta is 9,712,757. Uusien Osakkeiden rekisteröinnin seurauksena Yhtiön liikkeeseen laskemien osakkeiden kokonaislukumäärä on 9 712 757.
