New shares issued in Gofore Plc’s directed share issue for the acquisition of savings shares under the employee share savings plan registered in the Trade Register
The 58,545 new shares issued in Gofore Plc’s directed share issue for the acquisition of savings shares for the share savings plan have today, 2 April 2026, been registered in the Trade Register.
After the registration of the new shares, the total number of the company’s shares is 16,299,968.
The company holds 62,920 treasury shares.
The new shares carry equal rights in all respects with the company’s existing shares as of this registration date.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, with trading expected to commence on or about 7 April 2026.

Gofore Oyj:n suunnatulla osakeannilla osakesäästöohjelman säästöosakkeiden hankintaa varten liikkeeseen lasketut uudet osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin
Gofore Oyj:n suunnatulla osakeannilla osakesäästöohjelman säästöosakkeiden hankintaa varten liikkeeseen lasketut 58 545 uutta osaketta on tänään, 2.4.2026, rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin.
Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaismäärä uusien osakkeiden rekisteröinnin jälkeen on 16 299 968 osaketta.
Yhtiöllä on hallussaan 62 920 omaa osaketta.Uudet osakkeet tuottavat kaikin osin yhtäläiset oikeudet yhtiön olemassa olevien osakkeiden kanssa tästä rekisteröintipäivästä lukien.
Uudet osakkeet otetaan kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n päälistalla arviolta 7.4.2026 alkaen.
