Entra has signed a new lease contract for 5,000 sqm in Brynsengfaret 6 in Oslo with Mestergruppen. The new lease contract has a duration of ten years, starting from Q1 2025.
Entra has also renewed and extended a lease contract for 2,700 sqm in Cort Adelers gate 30 in Oslo with Handelsbanken. The new lease contract has a duration of seven years, starting from Q1 2024.
