Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Nekkar ASA on 8 December 2021 (the “Notices”) regarding the resolution to issue new shares in the share program for employees in the Nekkar Group.
Following the subscription and allocation as mentioned in the Notices, the new share capital and the new number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital and the total number of shares in Nekkar ASA are as follows:
Share capital: NOK 11 714 230,00
Number of shares: 106 493 000
Par value of each share: NOK 0.11
