Financial Calendar
GRK Infra Plc Stock exchange release 30 September 2026 at 6.45 p.m.
In 2027, GRK will publish financial reports in accordance with the following schedule:
Year 2026 Financial Statements release on 17 February 2027
Year 2026 Annual Report (the financial statements and the Report by the Board of Directors including the Sustainability Statement) will be published in week 9 at the latest
Year 2027 Interim Report January–March (Q1) will be published on 4 May 2027
Year 2027 Half-year financial report for January–June (Q1–Q2) will be published on 28 July 2027
Year 2026 Interim Report for January–September (Q1–Q3) will be published on 28 October 2027
GRK Infra Plc’s Annual General Meeting is planned for 1 April 2027. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.

Vuoden 2027 puolivuosikatsaus tammi–kesäkuulta (Q1–Q2) julkaistaan 28.7.2027
Vuoden 2027 osavuosikatsaus tammi–syyskuulta (Q1–Q3) julkaistaan 28.10.2027
GRK Infra Oyj:n varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen suunniteltu kokouspäivä on 1.4.2027. GRK:n hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin julkistettavalla kutsulla.
