GRK’s Annual Report consists of the following sections:
Annual review
Report of the Board of Directors and financial statements (including the Sustainability Report)
Governance (Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report)
The Sustainability Report included in the Board of Directors’ report has been prepared on the basis of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in accordance with the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards). The Board of Directors’ report and financial statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The main calculations and notes to the consolidated financial statements are annotated with XBRL tags. The financial statements include the auditor’s report, the assurance report on the sustainability report and the ESEF assurance report. The Annual Report has been published in both English and Finnish. The Annual Report is attached as a PDF file in English and the financial statements as an XHTML file in Finnish. GRK Infra Oyj:n vuosiraportoinnin kokonaisuus vuodelta 2025 on julkaistu tänään perjantaina 6.3.2026 osoitteessa https://www.grk.fi/raportit/
GRK:n vuosiraportti koostuu seuraavista osioista:
vuosikatsaus
hallituksen toimintakertomus ja tilinpäätös (mukaan lukien kestävyysraportti)
hallinnointi (selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportti)
Hallituksen toimintakertomukseen sisältyvä kestävyysraportti on laadittu EU:n kestävyysraportointidirektiivin (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, CSRD) perusteella noudattaen ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) -standardeja. Hallituksen toimintakertomus ja tilinpäätös julkaistaan European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) -raportointivaatimusten mukaisesti. Konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat ja liitetiedot on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. Tilinpäätös sisältää tilintarkastuskertomuksen sekä kestävyysraportin varmennuskertomuksen ja ESEF-varmennusraportin. Vuosiraportti on julkaistu sekä suomeksi että englanniksi. Vuosiraportti on tämän tiedotteen liitteenä PDF-tiedostona ja tilinpäätös XHTML-tiedostona.
