Utilisation of 27%
Contracted EBITDA backlog of USD 18m
Sale of the “Petrel Explorer” completed
Private placement of gross USD 8.2 million in Green Energy Group

Major strategic advances give impetus to streamlining of the Group
Green Minerals to be distributed to shareholders during Q4
