Føroya Banki (forhenværende BankNordik) udstedte den 24. juni 2021 Tier 2 obligationer (ISIN: DK0030492137) beløbende til DKK 100 mio.
Meddelelse om førtidig indfrielse gives hermed med henvisning til paragraf 11.3 i de endelige vilkår (Terms and Conditions) dateret 21. juni 2021. Udstederen vil således fuldt ud indfri obligationerne til kurs pari den 24. juni 2026.
Banken har gennemført refinansieringen af nævnte obligationer.

On 24 June 2021 Føroya Banki (former BankNordik) issued Subordinated Tier 2 notes (ISIN: DK0030492137) amounting to DKK 100m.
Notice of early redemption is hereby given pursuant to condition 11.3 (Redemption at the option of the issuer) of the Terms and Conditions dated 21 June 2021. The issuer will thereby redeem all of the outstanding notes at par on 24 June 2026.
The Bank has completed the refinancing of these notes.
