Financial Statements Release for 2026 on Friday 5 March 2027
Business Review for January‒March 2027 on Friday 7 May 2027
Half-year Financial Report for January‒June 2027 on Thursday 22 July 2027
Business Review for January‒September 2027 on Friday 29 October 2027.
The Annual Review 2026 including the Financial Statements and Report by the Board of Directors will be published in week 11. In addition, Componenta publishes the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2026.
Componenta’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 13 April 2027. Componenta’s Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting separately at a later date.

Vuoden 2026 vuosikatsaus, joka sisältää tilinpäätöksen ja hallituksen toimintakertomuksen julkaistaan viikolla 11. Lisäksi Componenta julkaisee selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä sekä palkitsemisraportin vuodelta 2026.
Componentan varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi tiistaina 13.4.2027. Componentan hallitus kutsuu yhtiökokouksen koolle erikseen myöhemmin.
