Change in the Management Team of Digital Workforce Services Plc
Digital Workforce Services Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Karli Kalpala (Master of Science – MS, Industrial Engineering and Management) as the Head of Region UK & Ireland and Head of Strategy Transformation. Having joined Digital Workforce in 2016, Karli has held various pivotal roles, most recently serving as the Head of Strategic Transformation & Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) Industry. He will continue in the company’s Management Team, where he has been a team member since 2019, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and development.
In his new role, Karli will lead the Go-to-Market strategy, sales efforts, and partnerships in the UK & Ireland markets. He will also continue to drive Strategic Transformation, leveraging his expertise to further enhance Digital Workforce’s offerings and market presence. He will continue as the acting head for FSI vertical until his successor is appointed.

Muutos Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n johtoryhmässä
Digital Workforce Services Oyj on nimittänyt Karli Kalpalan (diplomi-insinööri, tuotantotalous) Ison-Britannian & Irlannin aluejohtajaksi sekä strategisen muutoksen johtajaksi (Head of Region UK & Ireland and Head of Strategy Transformation). Karli on toiminut Digital Workforcella vuodesta 2016 lähtien monissa keskeisissä tehtävissä, viimeksi strategisen muutoksen sekä finanssi- ja vakuutustoimialan (FSI) johtajana. Hän jatkaa yhtiön johtoryhmässä, jossa hän on ollut jäsenenä vuodesta 2019 lähtien vaikuttaen merkittävästi yhtiön kasvuun ja kehitykseen.
Uudessa tehtävässään Karli johtaa Ison-Britannian ja Irlannin Go-to-Market strategiaa, myyntiä sekä kumppanuuksia. Hän jatkaa myös strategisen muutoksen luotsaamista yhtiössä ja hyödyntää asiantuntemustaan Digital Workforcen tarjonnan ja markkinaosuuden kehittämiseksi entisestään. Hän jatkaa toistaiseksi FSI-toimialan johtajana, kunnes hänen seuraajansa on nimetty.
