Investor nyhed nr. 40/2026: Endnu en tysk kommune vælger Dataproces til skoleudviklingsplanlægning
Dataproces har gennem samarbejdet med Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft indgået en aftale med endnu en tysk kommune om udarbejdelse af kommunens skoleudviklingsplan for perioden 2026-2031.
Opgaven omfatter en opdatering af kommunens eksisterende skoleudviklingsplan og skal skabe et databaseret grundlag for den langsigtede planlægning af kommunens skoleområde. Arbejdet vil blandt andet omfatte analyser af den forventede elevtalsudvikling og kommunens fremtidige behov for skolekapacitet.
Aftalen er endnu et konkret salg, der udspringer af Dataproces’ strategiske partnerskab med og overtagelse af aktiviteter fra Lexis & Rother. Som led i samarbejdet overtager Dataproces udførelsen af fremtidige opgaver inden for skoleudviklings-, dagtilbuds- og kapacitetsplanlægning, mens Lexis & Rother bidrager med faglige kompetencer, erfaring og relationer på det tyske kommunemarked.
Den nye aftale understøtter Dataproces’ strategi om at opbygge en stærkere rådgivnings- og softwareforretning i Tyskland. Rådgivningsopgaverne skaber selvstændig omsætning og nye kunderelationer, men giver samtidig Dataproces en dybere forståelse af de tyske kommuners behov. Denne indsigt skal over tid bidrage til udvikling og salg af skalerbare softwareløsninger inden for blandt andet prognoser og kapacitetsplanlægning.
Administrerende direktør i Dataproces, Kasper Lund Nødgaard, udtaler:
“Det er meget positivt, at samarbejdet med Lexis & Rother på kort tid har ført til endnu en konkret opgave. Aftalen viser, at vi gennem samarbejdet både har fået tilført stærke faglige kompetencer og adgang til nye kunderelationer på det tyske kommunemarked. Rådgivningsopgaverne er en attraktiv forretning i sig selv, men de giver os samtidig den viden og markedsadgang, som på længere sigt kan danne grundlag for salg af vores softwareløsninger.”
Aftalen ændrer ikke Dataproces’ offentliggjorte guidance for regnskabsåret 2026/27.

Investor News No. 40/2026: Another German Municipality Selects Dataproces for School Development Planning
Through its strategic partnership with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft, Dataproces has entered into an agreement with another German municipality to prepare the municipality’s school development plan for the period 2026–2031.
The assignment comprises an update of the municipality’s existing school development plan and will provide a data-driven foundation for the long-term planning of the municipality’s school system. The work will include, among other things, analyses of projected student population trends and the municipality’s future school capacity requirements.
The agreement represents another tangible sale resulting from Dataproces’ strategic partnership with and acquisition of activities from Lexis & Rother. As part of the partnership, Dataproces is responsible for delivering future assignments within school development, early childhood education and care, and capacity planning, while Lexis & Rother contributes its professional expertise, experience, and strong relationships within the German municipal market.
The new agreement supports Dataproces’ strategy of building a stronger advisory and software business in Germany. While the advisory assignments generate revenue and establish new customer relationships in their own right, they also provide Dataproces with a deeper understanding of the needs of German municipalities. Over time, these insights are expected to support the development and sale of scalable software solutions within areas such as forecasting and capacity planning.

The agreement does not change Dataproces’ previously announced guidance for the 2026/27 financial year.
