Investor nyhed nr. 28/2026: Dataproces udvider samarbejdet med tysk kommune
Dataproces har indgået aftale med en eksisterende tysk kommunekunde om levering af yderligere rådgivningsydelser.
Aftalen er indgået som en udvidelse af det eksisterende samarbejde mellem parterne og omfatter bistand relateret til kundens anvendelse af Dataproces’ løsninger.
Dataproces ser aftalen som en positiv bekræftelse på værdien af selskabets løsninger og det løbende samarbejde med internationale kunder.
Generelt om kontraktmeddelelser som investornyheder (Opdateret politik 2025):
Alle offentligt meddelte kontrakter ligger inden for Dataproces’ strategiske fokusområder og vurderes ikke at ændre den udmeldte finansielle guidance. Ændringer i guidance foretages kun ved samlede og væsentlige ændringer i den underliggende forretning.
Da MARS, MARC, KØS og KommuneProfil er centrale i Dataproces’ SaaS-strategi, meddeles alle salg af softwareløsninger – både til nye kommuner og ved udvidelser til eksisterende kunder.
Derudover meddeles:
Dataanalyseopgaver med forventet honorar over 250.000 kr.
Alle internationale salg, uanset kontraktværdi
I investorudmeldinger benævnes kommuner efter størrelse for at sikre ensartet kommunikation:
De 50 mindste kommuner → kommuner
De 38 midterste → større kommuner
De 10 største → top-10 kommuner

Investor News No. 28/2026: Dataproces expands collaboration with German municipality
Dataproces has entered into an agreement with an existing German municipal customer for the provision of additional advisory services.
The agreement has been entered into as an extension of the existing collaboration between the parties and includes assistance related to the customer’s use of Dataproces’ solutions.
Dataproces sees the agreement as a positive confirmation of the value of the company’s solutions and the ongoing collaboration with international customers.
General Information on Contract Announcements as Investor News (Updated Policy 2025)
All publicly announced contracts fall within Dataproces’ strategic focus areas and are not considered to impact the announced financial guidance. Changes to guidance are only made in the event of total and significant changes in the underlying business.
As MARS, MARC, KØS, and KommuneProfil are central to Dataproces’ SaaS strategy, all sales of software solutions are announced – both sales to new municipalities and expansions with existing customers.
