I forlængelse af BactiQuants ordinære generalforsamling har bestyrelsen truffet beslutning om at udstede 60.790 warrants til Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond, CVR-nr. 43478206, i henhold til bemyndigelsen i vedtægternes pkt. 5.5.
De udstedte warrants giver Danmarks Eksport- og Investeringsfond mulighed for at tegne nye aktier i BactiQuant til en pris på 6.58 kr. pr. aktie af nominelt 0,05 kr. efter de vilkår, fremgår af bilag 1 til BactiQuants vedtægter. De nye vedtægter vil blive lagt på BactiQuants hjemmeside, når vedtægterne er blevet registreret hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.
