Med henvisning til § 30 i lovbekendtgørelse nr. 198 af 26. februar 2024 om kapitalmarkeder, skal Topdanmark A/S oplyse, at Topdanmark A/S den 16. september 2024 har modtaget meddelelse fra Sampo plc om flagning af stemmerettigheder og aktiekapital.
Sampo plc har meddelt, at Sampo plc besidder 82.583.943 stk. aktier i Topdanmark A/S svarende til ca. 91,76% af den samlede aktiekapital og ca. 91,76% af de samlede stemmerettigheder. Fratrukket 802,192 egne aktier, besidder Sampo plc ca. 92,59% af den samlede aktiekapital og ca. 92,59% af de samlede stemmerettigheder i Topdanmark A/S.

Pursuant to Section 30 of the consolidated Act no. 198 of 26 February 2024 on capital markets, Topdanmark A/S hereby announces that on 16 September 2024, Topdanmark A/S has received notification from Sampo plc regarding voting rights and share capital.
Sampo plc has announced that Sampo plc holds 82,583,943 shares in Topdanmark A/S equivalent to approx. 91.76% of the total share capital, and approx. 91.76% of the total voting rights. Excluding treasury shares amounting to 802,192, Sampo plc holds approx. 92.59% of the total share capital and approx. 92.59% of the total voting rights of Topdanmark A/S.
