Lime Technologies AB (publ)’s Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Tommas Davoust as the new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He will take on the role on 1 January. Tommas currently holds the position as Business Unit Manager of Lime’s largest business area, Lime CRM, and has held several key positions within the company since joining in 2017.

Current CEO Nils Olsson has decided to leave Lime after twenty years with the company, including five years as CEO. A potential CEO transition has been part of Lime’s long-term planning and is therefore well prepared.
“First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Nils, who has been crucial in building Lime into the company it is today. This is a good time for the transition, and in true Lime spirit, the recruitment has been made internally. With responsibility for over seventy per cent of Lime’s operations, Tommas has a strong understanding of the business and is a driving force in the strategic shift towards an increasing share of recurring revenue. He is the right person to accelerate the company’s competitive development and internationalisation,” says Erik Syrén, Chairman of the Board.
Nils will continue in his role as CEO until Tommas officially takes on the position on 1 January.

Lime Technologies AB (publ.):s styrelse har idag utsett Tommas Davoust till ny vd och koncernchef. Han tillträder rollen den 1 januari. Tommas är idag affärsområdeschef för Limes största affärsområde, Lime CRM, och har varit verksam i bolaget sedan 2017 i en rad nyckelpositioner.
– Jag är otroligt glad och stolt över att det förtroende som styrelsen och bolaget visar mig. Jag har en tydlig vision och plan för Lime. Nuvarande vd Nils Olsson har valt att lämna Lime efter tjugo år i bolaget, varav fem år som vd. Ett potentiellt vd-skifte har ingått i den långsiktiga planeringen och är därför väl förberett.
– Först och främst vill jag rikta ett stort tack till Nils, som varit med och byggt Lime till det bolag vi är idag. Nu är det en bra tidpunkt för skiftet och det är helt i linje med Limes DNA att rekryteringen sker internt. Tommas har med ansvar för över sjuttio procent av Limes verksamhet en stor förståelse för affären och är drivande i den strategiska förflyttningen mot en allt större andel återkommande intäkter. Han är helt rätt person att accelerera bolagets konkurrenskraftiga utveckling och internationalisering, säger styrelseordförande Erik Syrén.
Nils kommer att fortsätta som vd fram till Tommas formella tillträde den 1 januari.
– Efter snart två decennier på Lime är jag väldigt stolt och tacksam över att ha varit med om allt från geografisk expansion och magisk produktutveckling till bolagsförvärv och börsnotering. Både för mig personligen och för Lime som bolag, är det nu rätt tajming att lämna över till Tommas. Han är inte bara en vass strateg som får saker att hända i praktiken, utan även en sann kulturbärare och lagspelare. Jag är övertygad om att Tommas kommer göra det här riktigt bra och fortsätta levererar det som Lime gör bäst – stort kundvärde och lönsam tillväxt som byggs av riktigt bra människor, säger Nils.
