Componenta has today confirmed to the Finnish Defence Forces an order for a EUR 9 million option. The option relates to the deal with Defence Forces announced by Componenta on 31 May 2024 concerning the EUR 50 million purchase of 120 mm mortar shell-tail assemblies for the Defence Forces’ grenade launchers. The total value of the transaction as previously announced, including the option, is approximately EUR 50 million and the deliveries of components are estimated to take place in 2025–2028.
The now confirmed option has no impact on Componenta’s profit guidance for 2024.

Componenta on tänään vahvistanut Puolustusvoimille tilauksen 9 miljoonan euron optiosta. Optio liittyy 31.5.2024 Componentan tiedottamaan Puolustusvoimilta saatuun 50 miljoonan euron kauppaan 120 mm kuori-pyrstökokoonpanoista Puolustusvoimien kranaatinheittimistölle. Kaupan kokonaisarvo aiemmin tiedotetun mukaisesti, optio mukaan lukien, on noin 50 miljoonaa euroa ja komponenttien toimitusten arvioidaan ajoittuvan vuosille 2025–2028.
Nyt varmistuneella optiolla ei ole vaikutusta Componentan tulosohjeistukseen vuodelle 2024.
