The Mortgage Society of Finland’s bank subsidiary Suomen AsuntoHypoPankki Oy raises its Hypo Prime rate by 0.5 percentage points to 1.0 percent. The increase is based on the development of general market rates.
The rate change is effective as of 15 April 2023. In practice, only Group’s deposit clients whose deposits have Hypo Prime as the reference rate will be affected.

Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen tytäryhtiö Suomen AsuntoHypoPankki Oy nostaa Hypo Prime -korkoaan 0,5 prosenttiyksikköä 1,0 prosenttiin. Nosto perustuu markkinakorkojen kehitykseen.
Koronmuutos tulee voimaan 15. päivänä huhtikuuta 2023. Muutos vaikuttaa käytännössä vain niiden konsernin talletusasiakkaiden sopimuksiin, joilla talletus on sidottu Hypo Prime -korkoon.
