The General Meeting of The Mortgage Society of Finland has on March 23, 2020 taken the following decisions:
Mr Seppo Laakso was appointed new member of the Supervisory Board. Long-term Chair of the Supervisory board, Mr Markku Koskela reached the end of his term due to maximum age stipulated in the rules.
The financial statements 2019 was confirmed. The Board of Directors and other accountable persons were granted discharge.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Supervisory Board has on March 23, 2020 taken the following decisions:
Mr Hannu Hokka was appointed Chair and Mr Timo Kaisanlahti Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board. Ms Mari Vaattovaara and Ms Riitta Vahela-Kohonen were appointed inspectors and Ms Ira van der Pals and Mr Timo Aro deputy inspectors of the Supervisory Board. There were no changes to the members of the Board of Directors.
The Mortgage Society of Finland’s Board of Directors has on March 23, 2020 taken the following decisions:
Ms Sari Lounasmeri continues as Chair, Mr Harri Hiltunen as Vice Chair and Mr Mikko Huopio as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen varsinainen kokous on 23.3.2020 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hallintoneuvostoon valittiin uudeksi jäseneksi Seppo Laakso. Hallintoneuvoston pitkäaikainen puheenjohtaja Markku Koskela jäi sääntöjen ikäpykälästä johtuen pois hallintoneuvostosta.
Vuoden 2019 tilinpäätös vahvistettiin. Hallitukselle ja muille tilivelvollisille myönnettiin vastuuvapaus.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallintoneuvosto on 23.3.2020 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Hannu Hokka valittiin hallintoneuvoston puheenjohtajaksi ja Timo Kaisanlahti varapuheenjohtajaksi. Mari Vaattovaara ja Riitta Vahela-Kohonen valittiin hallintoneuvoston tarkastajiksi sekä Ira van der Pals ja Timo Aro tarkastajien varahenkilöiksi. Hallituksen kokoonpano pidettiin ennallaan.
Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistyksen hallitus on 23.3.2020 tehnyt seuraavat päätökset:
Sari Lounasmeri jatkaa hallituksen puheenjohtajana, Harri Hiltunen varapuheenjohtajana ja Mikko Huopio sihteerinä.
