The Finnish language listing prospectus of Kempower Corporation has been approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the Finnish language listing prospectus of Kempower Corporation (“Kempower” or the “Company”) relating to the Company’s transfer from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”).
The Finnish language listing prospectus will be available on or about June 10, 2024, on Kempower’s website at investors.kempower.com/fi/listautuminen-2024. The English language translation of the listing prospectus will be available on or about June 10, 2024, on Kempower’s website at investors.kempower.com/listing-2024.
The Company submitted a listing application with Nasdaq Helsinki on June 4, 2024, to admit the Company’s shares on trading on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki. Trading in the Company’s shares on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki is expected to commence on or about June 12, 2024, provided that Nasdaq Helsinki approves the Company’s listing application.

Finanssivalvonta on tänään hyväksynyt Kempower Oyj:n (”Kempower” tai ”Yhtiö”) suomenkielisen listalleottoesitteen, joka liittyy Yhtiön siirtymiseen Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalta Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n (”Nasdaq Helsinki”) pörssilistalle.

Yhtiö jätti 4.6.2024 listalleottohakemuksen Yhtiön osakkeiden ottamiseksi kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle. Kaupankäynnin Yhtiön osakkeilla odotetaan alkavan Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalla arviolta 12.6.2024 edellyttäen, että Nasdaq Helsinki hyväksyy Yhtiön listalleottohakemuksen.
