Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 17/2024: Bestyrelse benytter bemyndigelse til aktiekapitalforhøjelse via warrants
Med afsæt i bestyrelsens bemyndigelse i selskabets vedtægter §4.2.1 har bestyrelsen besluttet at udnytte en del af sin bemyndigelse til, at lade en række medarbejdere udnyttet deres tildelte warrants og tegne for op til i alt 446.553 nye aktier i selskabet.
Aktierne kan tegnes til kr. 0,02 kontant pr. aktier á nominelt kr. 0,02 – i alt kr. 8.931,06.
Ovenstående medfører en udvanding af eksisterende aktionærer på ca. 1,33%

Company Announcement
Company announcement no. 17/2024: The board uses authorization to increase the share capital via warrants
Based on the board’s authorization in §4.2.1 of the company’s articles of association, the board has decided to use part of its authorization to let a number of employees exercise their allocated warrants and subscribe for up to a total of 446,553 new shares in the company.
The shares can be subscribed for DKK 0.02 in cash per share. shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 – a total of DKK 8,931.06.
The above results in a dilution of existing shareholders of approx. 1.33%
