The Board of Directors of Valuer Holding A/S wants to propose Susanne Larsson as a new Chairman following the AGM on 11 November 2021. Following the AGM Finn Peder Hove wants to resign as Chairman and make room for a strong commercial candidate like Susanne Larsson, who possesses comprehensive experience with client relationship of large global corporates. She joined the Board of Directors of Valuer in May 2021. Furthermore, the Board intends to nominate Michael Moesgaard Andersen as Vice Chairman.
