Sunborn London Oyj: Bondholders approved Sunborn London’s Proposal

Results from the Bondholders’ Meeting (FRN Senior Secured EUR 32 million Bonds 2016/2021 with ISIN NO 001 0775141)
Today a Bondholders’ Meeting was held pursuant to the Summons to a Bondholders’ Meeting dated 11 December 2020 (the “Summons”). There were sufficient Voting Bonds present at the Bondholders’ Meeting to form a quorum. The Proposal (as defined in the Summons) obtained a broad consensus, and therefore was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Terms and the Bond Trustee is authorised to take the necessary actions to implement the Proposal.
The implementation of the Proposal, including without limitation to prepare, finalise and enter into the necessary agreements including an addendum to or amended Bond Terms (and any other amendment agreements or other documentation relating thereto or the other Finance Documents) to reflect the above shall be finalized as soon as possible but in any case within 30 business days from this approval.
