Investor nyhed nr. 15/2022: Dataproces Group A/S (Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark: DATA) er blevet informeret om, at Strategic Investments A/S har øget deres investering i Dataproces til mere end 5%.
Torsdag d. 7. april 2022 oplyste Strategic Investments A/S til Dataproces, at selskabet onsdag d. 6. april havde erhvervet yderligere 1.127.024 stk. aktier. Strategic Investments A/S ejer herefter mere end 5% af kapitalen i Dataproces.

”Vi har købt aktier i Dataproces fra starten og har fulgt dem hele vejen. Vi tror på, at Dataproces har den rigtige balance mellem vækst, EBITA og strategisk fokus på vækst i nye markeder. Investor news no. 15/2022: Dataproces Group A/S (Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark: DATA) is informed that Strategic Investments A/S is increasing their investment in Dataproces to more than 5%.
On Thursday the 7th of April 2022, Strategic Investments A/S informed Dataproces that on Wednesday the 6th of April it had acquired 1,127,024 shares. Strategic Investments A/S hereafter owns more than 5% of the capital in Dataproces.
Kim Mikkelsen, co-founder and CIO of Strategic Investments A/S states:
”We have bought shares in Dataproces from the beginning and have been following them ever since. We believe that Dataproces has the right balance between growth, EBITA, and a strategic focus on new markets. Dataproces shows through the growth in SaaS-segment that they have the right strategy and is delivering on it with success. It is our assessment that this will continue throughout 2022 as to continuously deliver on the company’s strategy.”
