Share subscriptions based on stock options 2017 and 2020
A total of 13 200 Digital Workforce Services Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2017 and 2020 on 31 December 2023. A total of 4,875 company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2017 and a total of 8,325 company’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2020.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2017 and 2020 the entire subscription price of EUR 5,875.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 11,264,328.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2017 and 2020 have been registered in the Trade Register on 16 February 2024, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 19 February 2024.

Osakkeiden merkintä optio-oikeuksilla 2017 ja 2020
Digital Workforce Services Oyj:n optio-oikeuksilla 2017 ja 2020 on 31.12.2023 mennessä merkitty yhteensä 13 200 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla 2017 on merkitty yhteensä 4 875 yhtiön uutta osaketta ja optio-oikeuksilla 2020 on merkitty yhteensä 8 325 yhtiön uutta osaketta. Optio-oikeuksilla tehtyjen merkintöjen merkintähinta 5 875,00 euroa kirjataan kokonaisuudessaan sijoitetun vapaan oman pääoman rahastoon.
Kaupparekisteriin merkinnän jälkeen osakkeiden yhteismäärä on 11 264 328 osaketta.
Optio-oikeuksien perusteella merkityt osakkeet on rekisteröity kaupparekisteriin 16.2.2024. Uudet osakkeet tuottavat omistajilleen osakkeenomistajan oikeudet rekisteröintipäivästä lähtien. Osakkeet ovat kaupankäynnin kohteena NASDAQ Helsinki Oy:ssä yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 19.2.2024 alkaen.
