Seluxit har modtaget en væsentlig ordre på over 600.000 kr. på udvikling, produktionsmodning og levering af IoT-enheder og kommunikation til byggebranchen. Ordren fokuserer på at forbedre og videreudvikle en innovativ løsning inden for pælefundering, som har vist sig at kunne reducere CO2-udledningen med 85% for et 150 kvadratmeter stort parcelhus, sammenlignet med et lignende 150 kvm hus med traditionelle stribefundamenter af beton. Med de nye LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) krav, der træder i kraft i 2025, vil brugen af beton blive stærkt begrænset, hvilket gør denne løsning til en afgørende faktor for fremtidens byggerier med fokus på ressource- og CO2-besparelser, samt byggetid og omkostninger.
Samarbejdet starter med det samme, og der forventes en løbende produktion af enhederne med udsigt til yderligere ordrer i takt med udrulningen af løsningen.

Company Announcement No. 67 – this message contains inside information
Seluxit has received a substantial order of more than 600.000 DKK for the development, production maturation, and delivery of IoT devices and communication in the construction industry. The order focuses on improving and further developing an innovative screw pile foundation solution that has been shown to reduce CO2 emissions by 85% for a 150 square meter house compared to a similar 150 square meter house with traditional concrete strip foundations. With the new LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) requirements coming into force in 2025, the use of concrete will be severely restricted, making this solution a decisive factor for future buildings focusing on resource and CO2 savings as well as construction time and costs.
The collaboration will start immediately, and the production of the units is expected to be ongoing. As the solution is rolled out, further orders are likely.
