Med henvisning til Topdanmark A/S’ (“Topdanmark”) meddelelse nr. 14/2024 af 7. august 2024 vedrørende offentliggørelsen af prospektet og tilbudsdokumentet i forbindelse med aktieombytningstilbuddet fra Sampo plc (”Sampo”) for op til alle aktier (undtagen Topdanmarks egne aktier og aktier allerede ejet af Sampo) i Topdanmark (“Købstilbuddet”), har Sampo i dag offentliggjort det foreløbige resultat af Købstilbuddet. Sampo has announced the preliminary result of the exchange offer
NOT FOR PUBLICATION, DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG, JAPAN, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA OR SINGAPORE OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.
With reference to Topdanmark A/S’ (“Topdanmark”) announcement no. 14/2024 of 7 August 2024 regarding the publication of the prospectus and the offer document concerning the recommended public tender offer (share exchange offer) made by Sampo plc (“Sampo”) for up to all shares (except treasury shares and shares already held by Sampo) in Topdanmark (the “Exchange Offer”), Sampo has today announced the preliminary result of the Exchange Offer. Sampo’s announcement is attached.
