Med henvisning til Topdanmark A/S’ (“Topdanmark”) meddelelse nr. 17/2024 af 10. september 2024 vedrørende det foreløbige resultat af aktieombytningstilbuddet fra Sampo plc (”Sampo”) for op til alle aktier (undtagen Topdanmarks egne aktier og aktier allerede ejet af Sampo) i Topdanmark (“Købstilbuddet”), har Sampo i dag offentliggjort det endelige resultat af Købstilbuddet. With reference to Topdanmark A/S’ (“Topdanmark”) announcement no. 17/2024 of 10 September 2024 regarding the preliminary result of the recommended public tender offer (share exchange offer) made by Sampo plc (“Sampo”) for up to all shares (except treasury shares and shares already held by Sampo) in Topdanmark (the “Exchange Offer”), Sampo has today announced the final result of the Exchange Offer.
