FOM Technologies vælger BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab som ny revisor.
Selskabets bestyrelse har på dagens ekstraordinære generalforsamling valgt BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab som selskabets nye revisor, efter at selskabetsrevisionsopgave har været i udbud i forbindelse med et ønske om at overgå til regnskabsaflæggelse efter IFRS-standarder.
BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab er Danmarks fjerdestørste rådgivnings- og revisionsvirksomhed og 100 % danskejet og ledet. Alle aktionærer i BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab er partnere og arbejder i revisionsselskabet.

FOM Technologies elects BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab as new auditor.
At today’s extraordinary general meeting, the Company’s Board of Directors elected BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab as the Company’s new auditor following a tender for the Company’s auditing in connection with the Company’s desire to prepare its financialstatements in accordance with IFRS standards.
BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab is the fourth largest consulting and auditing companyin Denmark and 100% Danish owned and managed. All shareholders of BDO Statsautoriseret Revisionsselskab are partners and work in the auditing company.
