Selskabsmeddelelse 24/2022 – DENNE MEDDELELSE INDEHOLDER INTERN VIDEN.
Herning, Danmark, d. 23. december 2022 – Re-Match Holding A/S (“Re-Match”), en pioner inden for bæredygtig genanvendelse af kunstgræs, har sikret opførelsen af sin nye fabrik i Erstein, Frankrig, samt afgivet ordre på fabriksanlægget. Denne betydelige udvidelse af Re-Matchs kapacitet vil blive bygget i overensstemmelse med det blue-print, der allerede er udviklet til virksomhedens nye fabrik i Tiel, Holland.
For at starte opførelsen af sin anden fabrik uden for Danmark har Re-Match nu underskrevet en aftale og påbegynder udviklingen af jorden samt opførelsen af den nye fabrik i januar 2023. Anlægget er bestilt og produktionen opstartes i 2024. Fabrikken vil kunne genanvende 55.000 tons kunstgræs om året.
Den nye fabrik i Alsace er baseret på et joint venture mellem Re-Match Holding A/S og en gruppe franske investorer med Eric Levresse, CEO for Re-Match France, i spidsen.
“Siden vi indgik aftalen har vi rekrutteret og forberedt vores lokale organisation”, siger Eric Levresse. “Og vi er meget glade for, at vi i dag kan annoncere, at vi nu tager det næste skridt på vores rejse ved at bygge en topmoderne recycling-fabrik her i Frankrig, hvor alt jord, bygning og maskiner er fuldt finansieret.”
Nikolaj Magne Larsen, CEO for Re-Match Holding A/S, tilføjer: ”Denne aftale er kulminationen på et succesfuldt samarbejde i vores franske joint venture. Jeg er yderst tilfreds og stolt over, at vi har fået fuld finansiering og nu kan påbegynde opførelsen i Frankrig, hvilket udvider Re-Match’s footprint og gør det muligt at tilbyde genanvendelse af kunstgræs i Sydeuropa.”

Company announcement 24/2022 – THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION.
Herning, Denmark, 23 December 2022 – Re-Match Holding A/S (“Re-Match”), a pioneer within sustainable recycling of artificial turf, has secured the location and the construction of its new factory in Erstein, France and has also placed the order for the factory line. This significant addition to Re-Match’s recycling capacity will be built in accordance with the factory blueprint already developed for the company’s new plant in Tiel, the Netherlands.
To start the construction of its second factory outside Denmark, Re-Match has now signed an agreement to commence the development of the site and the construction of the new factory in January 2023. Furthermore, the order of factory line has been placed and it will be in production in 2024. This factory line will provide true recycling of 55,000 tonnes of artificial turf annually.
The new factory in Alsace is based on a joint venture between Re-Match Holding A/S and a group of French investors headed by Eric Levresse, CEO of Re-Match France.
“Since we made our agreement, we have been recruiting and preparing our local organisation”, says Eric Levresse, ”And we are very excited that we today can announce that we now take the next step of our journey by building a state-of-the-art recycling factory here in France – and where everything – land, building and factory line – is fully funded.”
