Principles for disclosure of future sales contracts.
To streamline investor information and to comply with disclosure of inside information in accordance with Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (“MAR”) framework of the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook, FOM Technologies will disclose/inform the market of future sales contracts based on the following principles:
Sales contracts or strategic co-operation agreements of major importance for the company’s issued stocks.
Sales contracts with a value over EUR 200,000
