PHM Group Holding Oyj Stock Exchange Release 23 April 2024 at 12.45 p.m. EEST
PHM Group Holding Oyj has released its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023. The Annual Report contains Corporate Responsibility Report and Corporate Governance Statement. Financial Statements contains Report by the Board of Directors and Auditor’s Report. The Report by the Board of Directors contains information in accordance with the EU Taxonomy Regulation and meets the requirements for non-financial reporting.
PHM Group Holding Oyj publishes the Financial Statements in Finnish in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in XHTML format.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements are available on the company’s website at phmgroup.com/investors and attached to this release.

PHM Group Holding Oyj on julkaissut vuosikertomuksen ja tilinpäätöksen vuodelta 2023. Vuosikertomus sisältää vastuullisuusraportin ja selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä. Tilinpäätös sisältää toimintakertomuksen sekä tilintarkastuskertomuksen. Toimintakertomus sisältää EU:n taksonomia-asetuksen mukaiset tiedot ja täyttää muun kuin taloudellisen tiedon raportointia koskevat vaatimukset.
PHM Group Holding Oyj julkaisee tilinpäätöksen European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) -raportointivaatimusten mukaisena XHTML-tiedostona.
