Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 87-2023: Odico, Information om udbudsforløb – kapitalforhøjelse gennemført
ODICO A/S (“Odico” eller “Selskabet”) meddelte den 27. november 2023, at der opstod en teknisk forsinkelse i processen med kapitalforhøjelsen og dermed en forsinkelse af den første handelsdag i forbindelse med fortegningsemissionen (“Fortegningsemissionen” eller “Emissionen”).
Registreringen af kapitalforhøjelsen hos Erhvervsstyrelsen i forbindelse med Fortegningsemissionen er blevet gennemført i dag den 29. november 2023. Selskabet har registreret en forhøjelse af aktiekapitalen på 527.916,40 DKK, svarende til 10.558.328 aktier á nominelt 0,05 DKK pr. aktie. Selskabets aktiekapital er steget fra nominelt 911.096,30 DKK til nominelt 1.439.012,70 DKK, svarende til en stigning i antallet af aktier fra 18.221.926 aktier til 28.780.254 aktier.
De nye aktier er identiske med selskabets eksisterende aktier og optaget til handel på Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark under tickeren [ODICO]. De nye aktier forventes at blive optaget til handel under den permanente ISIN-kode DK0061031036 den 5. december 2023.

Changes in share capital and votes
Company announcement nr. 87-2023 – Rights issue completed
ODICO A/S (“Odico” or the “Company”) announced the 27th of November 2023 that a technical delay occurred in the process of the capital increase and therefor a delay in the first day of trading in connection with the rights issue (“Rights Issue” or the “Issue”).
The registration of the capital increase with the Danish Business Authority, in relation to the Rights Issue, has been completed today the 29th of November 2023. The Company has registered an increase in the share capital of 527,916.40 DKK, corresponding to 10,558,328 shares of nominally 0.05 DKK per share. The Company’s share capital has increased from nominally 911,096.30 DKK to nominally 1,439,012.70 DKK, corresponding to an increase in shares from 18,221,926 shares to 28,780,254 shares.
The new shares are identical to the Company’s existing shares and admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark under the ticker [ODICO]. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading under the permanent ISIN code DK0061031036 on 5th of December 2023.
