NYAB Plc: Transfer of own shares to participants in share-based incentive plans
NYAB Plc has transferred 1,543,986 shares in the Company, previously held as treasury shares, to participants in NYAB’s share-based incentive plans. The transfer of shares regards the first performance period of NYAB’s existing performance share plan, covering financial years 2022-2023.
Shares have been transferred based on the resolution of NYAB’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 April 2024 to issue 4,000,000 new shares to the Company itself and to transfer such shares.
Following the transfer, NYAB continues to have 2,456,014 treasury shares.

NYAB Oyj: Omien osakkeiden luovutus osakepohjaisten kannustinohjelmien osallistujille
NYAB Oyj on luovuttanut Yhtiön osakepohjaisten kannustinjärjestelmien osallistujille yhteensä 1 543 986 Yhtiön hallussa ollutta NYAB Oyj:n osaketta. Osakkeet luovutettiin Yhtiön voimassa olevan osakepalkkiojärjestelmän ensimmäiseltä, tilikaudet 2022–2023 kattavalta ansaintajaksolta.
Osakkeiden luovuttaminen perustuu NYAB Oyj:n 29.4.2024 pidetyn ylimääräisen yhtiökokouksen päätökseen 4 000 000 uuden osakkeen antamisesta Yhtiölle itselleen sekä tämän jälkeisistä osakkeiden luovuttamisista.
NYAB Oyj:n hallussa on luovutuksen jälkeen 2 456 014 Yhtiön omaa osaketta.
