FOM Technologies A/S er i henhold til EU’s markedsmisbrugsforordning forpligtet til at offentliggøre og underrette Finanstilsynet om transaktioner foretaget af personer, der varetager ledelsesansvar i virksomheden. Denne information blev sendt til offentliggørelse den 14. december 2023 kl. 18.00.FOM Technologies A/S har modtaget anmeldelse i henhold til § 19 i forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af nedenstående transaktioner vedrørende aktier i FOM Technologies A/S foretaget af personer med ledelsesansvar og/eller nærtstående personer. FOM Technologies A/S har den 12. december 2023 kl. 09:00 modtaget meddelelse om nedenstående transaktioner med aktier i FOM Technologies A/S foretaget af administrerende direktør Michael Stadi (gennem sit helejede holdingselskab Coridats Capital ApS) samt CIO Martin Kiener (gennem sit helejede holdingselskab FOMT Holding ApS). Begge personer har solgt 232.142 aktier hver til en aktiekurs på DKK 28,00. Efter transaktionen udgør Coridats Capital ApS (Michael Stadi’s) ejerandel af FOM Technologies A/S 11,01 %, mens FOMT Holding ApS (Martin Kiener’s) ejerandel af FOM Technologies A/S udgør 21,57 %. In accordance with EU Market Abuse Regulation, FOM Technologies A/S is obliged to make public pursuant and to notify the Danish FSA of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the company. This information was submitted for publication on December 14th, 2023, at 18:00. FOM Technologies A/S has received notification pursuant to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the below transactions related to shares in FOM Technologies A/S made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely related to them.On December 12th, 2023, at 09:00 FOM Technologies received notification of the below transactions to shares in FOM Technologies A/S made by CEO Michael Stadi (through his wholly owned holding company Coridats Capital ApS) and CIO Martin Kiener (through his wholly owned holding company FOMT Holding ApS).Both persons have sold 232,142 shares each at a share price of DKK 28,00.
