Notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Market Act on a change in holdings (Mika Vainio-Mattila)
Digital Workforce Services Plc has on 30 May 2024 received a notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holdings of shares and votes of Mika Vainio-Mattila in Digital Workforce Services Plc have before 19 April 2024 crossed the threshold of 5 per cent. The reason for this retroactive flagging notification is the amendment to the Securities Market Act approved on 12 April 2024, which expanded the flagging obligation to companies listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland. Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9. luvun 10. pykälän mukainen ilmoitus omistusosuuden muutoksesta (Mika Vainio-Mattila)
Digital Workforce Services Oyj on 30.5.2024 vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain 9. luvun 5. pykälän mukaisen ilmoituksen, jonka mukaan Mika Vainio-Mattilan omistus- ja ääniosuus Digital Workforce Services Oyj:ssä on ennen 19.4.2024 ylittänyt 5 prosentin liputusrajan.
