Reference is made to the announcements by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the “Company”) (OSE: NUMND) on 7 December 2022 regarding the successfully placed private placement and on 22 December 2022 regarding the resolution by the Company’s extraordinary general meeting to increase the Company’s share capital.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 11,666,666 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company’s new registered share capital is NOK 42,463,845, divided on 42,463,845 shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 each.
The shares pertaining to the private placement will be tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo when the shares have been registered by the VPS following the announcement of this press release. The settlement date for the shares is expected on or about 28 December 2022 (DvP settlement).
