Nordic Unmanned ASA (the “Company”) announces that Knut Stålen has been appointed interim CFO effective today. Mr. Stålen has more than 20 years of experience from CFO and management positions in scale-up companies and has been CEO of OwnersRoom AS the last three years. Mr. Stålen has held CFO positions at several publicly listed companies, including Trolltech AS, Mamut ASA and Next Biometrics Group ASA.
Trond Østerhus has held the role of CFO at Nordic Unmanned ASA since April 2021, and wishes to step down after two hectic years. Mr. Østerhus will ensure a good handover before he leaves the Company to pursue new opportunities.
