Nordic Unmanned AS has been notified that Lars Andreas Landsnes, with the role of Chief Operating Officer, on 21 December 2022 sold 10,000 shares in Nordic Unmanned AS at the price of NOK 6.0500 per share to Ullestad AS, a company closely associated with Lars Andreas Landsnes.
After the transaction the total share exposure to Nordic Unmanned for Lars Andreas Landsnes and close associates is unchanged.
Notification of the transaction is attached to this release.
