Reference is made to announcements published on 17 January 2022 and on 21 February 2022 by Nordic Unmanned AS (the “Company”) (OSE: NUMND) regarding issuance of shares pertaining to exercise of options.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 155,000 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company’s new registered share capital is NOK 26,443,984, divided on 26,443,984 shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 each.
