Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Nekkar ASA on 26 October 2020 (the “Notice”) regarding subscription and allocation in the Share program for employees and board members in Nekkar Group.
Following the subscription and allocation, as mentioned in the Notice, the new share capital and the new number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital and the total number of shares in Nekkar ASA are as follows:
Share capital: NOK 11 695 984,19
Number of shares: 106 327 129
