Investor nyhed nr. 61/2025: Kommune på Sjælland har udvidet brugen af Dataproces’ MARS platform
Dataproces har indgået kontrakt med en kommune på Sjælland, om udvidelse af vores SaaS-løsning MARS Flytteoversigt.
MARS er Dataproces’ SaaS-platform til digital understøttelse af bland andet, kommunernes administration af mellemkommunale betalinger og refusioner. Løsningen konsoliderer data fra forskellige kommunale fagsystemer i én samlet platform og skaber fuldt overblik over, hvem der skal betale hvad – og hvornår.
Platformen automatiserer store dele af de manuelle arbejdsgange, som traditionelt er forbundet med mellemkommunale afregninger. Det betyder, at medarbejdere ikke længere behøver håndtere komplekse regneark, opfølgninger og datatjek manuelt. I stedet anvender MARS datadrevet validering, kvalitetssikring og automatiske workflows

Alle offentligt meddelte kontrakter ligger inden for Dataproces’ strategiske fokusområder og vurderes ikke at ændre den udmeldte finansielle guidance. Ændringer i guidance foretages kun ved samlede og væsentlige ændringer i den underliggende forretning.
Da MARS, MARC, KØS og KommuneProfil er centrale i Dataproces’ SaaS-strategi, meddeles alle salg af softwareløsninger – både til nye kommuner og ved udvidelser til eksisterende kunder.

Investor news no. 61/2025: Municipality on Zealand has purchased an expansion of Dataproces’ MARS platform
Dataproces has entered into a contract with a municipality on Zealand for an expansion of our SaaS solution, MARS Flytteoversigt.
MARS is Dataproces’ SaaS platform for digital support for, among other things, municipalities’ administration of inter-municipal payments and reimbursements. The solution consolidates data from different municipal professional systems into one unified platform and creates a full overview of who has to pay what – and when.
The platform automates large parts of the manual workflows that are traditionally associated with inter-municipal settlements. This means that employees no longer have to deal with complex spreadsheets, follow-ups and data checks manually. Instead, MARS employs data-driven validation, quality assurance, and automated workflows
