16 February 2021 – ThjømøeKranen AS, a company controlled by Mari Thjømøe, a member of Ice Group ASA's board of directors, has today purchased 10,000 shares in Ice Group ASA at a price of NOK 18.90 per share.
Following this transaction, Mari Thjømøe and associated companies have a total holding of 70,620 shares in Ice Group ASA.
