I henhold til § 29 i den færøske anordning om ikrafttræden for Færøerne af lov om værdipapirhandel m.v. oplyses hermed, at Færøernes Landstyre i dag har meddelt BankNordik, at Færøernes Landstyre pr. 5. juli 2021 ejer 3.342.450 stk. aktier svarende til 34,8% af BankNordiks aktiekapital.

In accordance with section 29 of the Faroese Securities Trading Act, Banknordik discloses it has been notified today by The government of the Faroe Islands, that at 5 July 2021, The government of the Faroe Islands holds 3.342.450 shares equal to 34.8% of BankNordik’s share capital.
