Loihde Plc’s financial reporting 2025
Loihde Plc will publish its financial reports in 2025 as follows:
Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2024 on Thursday, 13 February 2025
Business report for January–March 2025 on Wednesday, 30 April 2025
Half-year report for January–June 2025 on Friday, 18 July 2025
Business report for January–September 2025 on Wednesday, 29 October 2025
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2024 will be published on week 13, 2025.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 8 May 2025. The meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately at a later date.

Tilinpäätös, toimintakertomus, tilintarkastuskertomus sekä selvitys hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä tilikaudelta 2024 julkaistaan viikolla 13.
Varsinainen yhtiökokous on suunniteltu pidettäväksi torstaina 8.5.2025. Hallitus kutsuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin julkistettavalla kutsulla.
