Lamor resolved a new performance period for the share-based incentive plan
The Board of Directors of Lamor Corporation Plc has resolved on a commencement of a new performance period in the performance share plan directed to the key employees of the company.
The Performance Share Plan comprises three plan periods, covering the financial years 2022–2024, 2023–2025, and 2024–2026. The plan period 2023-2025 is directed to maximum 10 key persons, including the CEO and other members of the Management Team.
The performance criterion for the new plan period is adjusted earnings per share (adjusted EPS) from the financial year 2023. If the performance criterion is fully achieved, the gross rewards to be paid on the basis of the plan period 2023–2025 correspond to the value of approximate maximum total of 140,000 Lamor shares, including cash proportion, calculated with the closing price of the share in Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on the day preceding the decision made by the Board of Directors.
The potential share rewards earned from the new performance period are paid after a two-year waiting period in spring 2026.
Lamor originally announced the establishment of the performance share plan and its terms on 22 September 2022.

Lamor päätti osakeperusteisen kannustinohjelman uudesta ansaintajaksosta
Lamor Corporation Oyj:n hallitus on päättänyt uudesta ansaintajaksosta yhtiön avainhenkilöille suunnatussa suoriteperusteisessa osakepalkkio-ohjelmassa.
Ohjelma sisältää yhteensä kolme jaksoa, jotka kattavat tilikaudet 2022–2024, 2023–2025 ja 2024–2026. Tilikaudet 2023–2025 kattavan jakson osakepalkkio-ohjelmaan kuuluu enintään 10 avainhenkilöä, sisältäen johtoryhmän jäsenet ja toimitusjohtajan.
Uuden jakson ansaintakriteerinä on oikaistu osakekohtainen tulos (oikaistu EPS) tilikaudelta 2023. Jos asetetut ansaintakriteerit täyttyvät kauden 2023–2025 perusteella maksettavat bruttomääräiset palkkiot vastaavat arvoltaan arviolta enintään noin 140 000 Lamorin osaketta, sisältäen myös käteisosuuden, laskettuna osakkeen päätöskurssilla hallituksen päätöstä edeltäneenä päivänä Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:ssä.
Uuden ansaintajakson perusteella mahdollisesti ansaitut osakepalkkiot maksetaan kahden vuoden mittaisen odotusjakson jälkeen keväällä 2026.
Lamor tiedotti osakeperusteisesta kannustinohjelmasta ja sen ehdoista alun perin 22.9.2022.
