Lamor negotiates for a significant share in an environmental response and clean-up project in Peru
Lamor announces that it is negotiating with Repsol for a significant share in an environmental response and clean-up project in Peru. The negotiations are related to a response and clean-up project of a significant oil spill that has taken place at Repsol’s La Pampilla oil refinery. Lamor is taking part in the oil spill response phase which is already ongoing in Peru.
Lamor is currently in advanced negotiations concerning the oil spill response phase. Lamor’s share of the total value of the response phase has not yet been specified. Lamor emphasises that there is no certainty regarding the outcome of the negotiations with Repsol. Lamor will disclose further information as and when appropriate.

Lamor neuvottelee merkittävästä osuudesta ympäristövahingon torjunta- ja kunnostushankkeessa Perussa
Lamor tiedottaa käyvänsä Repsolin kanssa neuvotteluja merkittävästä osuudesta ympäristövahingon torjunta- ja kunnostushankkeessa Perussa. Neuvottelut liittyvät Repsolin La Pampillan öljynjalostamolla tapahtuneen merkittävän öljyvahingon torjunta- ja kunnostushankkeeseen. Lamor on mukana öljyvahingon torjuntavaiheessa, jonka toteutus on jo aloitettu Perussa.
Lamor on tällä hetkellä pitkälle edenneissä neuvotteluissa öljyvahingon torjuntavaiheen toteutukseen liittyen. Lamorin osuus torjuntavaiheen kokonaisarvosta ei ole vielä täsmentynyt. Lamor painottaa, että Repsolin kanssa käytävien neuvottelujen lopputuloksesta ei ole varmuutta. Lamor julkistaa lisätietoja mahdollisuuksien mukaan.
