Kreate increases its revenue guidance for 2021 and issues an EBITA guidance for 2021
Kreate Group Plc increases its revenue guidance and issues the EBITA guidance for 2021.
New result guidance for 2021
Kreate estimates that its revenue and EBITA will remain at the 2020 level (2020: revenue EUR 235.3 million and EBITA EUR 10.5 million).
Guidance rationale
The changes in the revenue guidance are due to the positive development of the order backlog in the current year and significant projects being kicked off in Q4.
Kreate has not previously published the EBITA guidance for 2021. In the future Kreate is going to publish a guidance concerning revenue and EBITA.
Previous result guidance for 2021 (published on 8 February 2021)
Kreate estimates that the company revenue (2020: EUR 235.3 million) will decrease in 2021 compared to 2020.
On 31 Dec 2020, Kreate’s order backlog amounted to EUR 134.9 million (31 Dec 2019: EUR 177.2 million). Of this sum, approximately EUR 111 million was expected to be realised during 2021 (31 Dec 2019: EUR 130.3 million during 2020). In the past three years (2018–2020), Kreate has generated, on average, a revenue of EUR 107 million during the financial year in addition to the order backlog at the beginning of the financial year. Kreate estimates on 8 February 2020 that the expected order backlog profitability was at a normal level on 31 December 2020.

Kreate Group Oyj nostaa liikevaihtoa koskevaa ohjeistustaan ja julkaisee EBITA-ohjeistuksen vuodelle 2021.
Uusi ohjeistus vuodelle 2021
Kreate arvioi, että sen liikevaihto ja EBITA ovat vuoden 2020 tasolla (2020: liikevaihto 235,3 miljoonaa euroa ja EBITA 10,5 miljoonaa euroa).
Ohjeistuksen perusteet
Liikevaihtoa koskevan ohjeistuksen muutokseen vaikuttavat positiivisesti kuluvan vuoden aikana kehittynyt tilauskanta ja merkittävien projektien käynnistyminen viimeisen vuosineljänneksen aikana.
Kreate ei ole aiemmin julkistanut EBITA-ohjeistusta vuodelle 2021. Kreate aikoo jatkossa julkistaa liikevaihtoa ja EBITA:aa koskevan ohjeistuksen.
Aiempi ohjeistus vuodelle 2021 (julkaistu 8.2.2021)
Kreate arvioi, että sen liikevaihto (2020: 235,3 miljoonaa euroa) laskee vuonna 2021 verrattuna vuoteen 2020.
31.12.2020 Kreaten tilauskanta oli 134,9 miljoonaa euroa (31.12.2019: 177,2 miljoonaa euroa). Tästä noin 111 miljoonaa euroa odotettiin realisoituvan vuoden 2021 aikana (31.12.2019: 130,3 miljoonaa euroa vuoden 2020 aikana). Viimeisen kolmen vuoden (2018–2020) aikana Kreate on tuottanut tilikauden aikana keskimäärin 107 miljoonaa euroa liikevaihtoa tilikauden alussa olleen tilauskannan lisäksi. Kreate arvioi 8.2.2021, että 31.12.2020 tilauskannan odotettu kannattavuus oli normaalilla tasolla.
