Kreate Group Plc: Notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Markets Act
Kreate Group Plc (“Kreate”) has today on 6 September 2021 received a notification in accordance with chapter 9, section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Intera Partners Oy.
According to the notification the holding in Kreate’s shares and votes of Intera Fund II Ky, which is a company controlled by Intera Partners Oy, has fallen below the thresholds of ten (10) and five (5) per cent on 3 September 2021. According to the notification, the reason for the notification was a disposal of shares or voting rights.

Kreate Group Oyj: Arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 10 pykälän mukainen ilmoitus omistusosuuden muutoksesta
Kreate Group Oyj (“Kreate”) on tänään 6.9.2021 vastaanottanut arvopaperimarkkinalain 9 luvun 5 §:n mukaisen ilmoituksen Intera Partners Oy:ltä.
Ilmoituksen mukaan Intera Partners Oy:n määräysvaltayhtiö Intera Fund II Ky:n omistusosuus Yhtiön osakkeista ja äänistä on 3.9.2021 alittanut kymmenen (10) ja viiden (5) prosentin liputusrajan. Ilmoituksen mukaan perusteena on osakkeiden tai äänioikeuksien luovutus.
