KEMPOWER CORPORATION PLANS TO TRANSFER ITS SHARES TO THE OFFICIAL LIST OF NASDAQ HELSINKI
Kempower Corporation plans to transfer its shares to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki
Kempower Corporation (“Kempower” or the “Company”) plans to transfer the Company’s shares to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”) at the earliest during the second quarter of 2024. Kempower is not considering issuing new shares in connection with the potential transfer.
Kempower’s share has been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland (the “First North Growth Market”) since December 2021.
The potential transfer to the Official List is expected to enable Kempower to execute its growth strategy. In addition, Kempower expects that the potential transfer would improve the liquidity of Kempower’s shares and provide additional visibility, which would improve Kempower’s recognition among the public and business partners and as an employer, and would thus enhance Kempower’s competitiveness.
“Kempower has now been listed on the First North Growth Market for over two years. During this time, we have taken huge steps in establishing our geographical presence in our target markets and developing our operations. We are still a young company on a new industry, but we feel that now is the right time to take the next step and to move to the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki,” says Tomi Ristimäki, CEO, Kempower.

KEMPOWER OYJ SUUNNITTELEE OSAKKEIDENSA SIIRTÄMISTÄ NASDAQ HELSINGIN PÖRSSILISTALLE
Kempower Oyj suunnittelee osakkeidensa siirtämistä Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle
Kempower Oyj (”Kempower” tai ”Yhtiö”) suunnittelee Yhtiön osakkeiden siirtämistä Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n (”Nasdaq Helsinki”) pörssilistalle aikaisintaan vuoden 2024 toisen vuosineljänneksen aikana. Kempower ei harkitse laskevansa liikkeeseen uusia osakkeita mahdollisen siirtymän yhteydessä.
Kempowerin osake on ollut listattuna Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland -markkinapaikalla (”First North Growth Market -markkinapaikka”) joulukuusta 2021 lähtien.
Mahdollisen pörssilistalle siirtymisen odotetaan mahdollistavan Kempowerin kasvustrategian toteuttamisen. Lisäksi Kempower odottaa, että mahdollinen siirtymä lisäisi Kempowerin osakkeiden likviditeettiä ja toisi lisänäkyvyyttä, mikä parantaisi Kempowerin tunnettuutta yleisön ja kumppaneiden parissa sekä työnantajana ja vahvistaisi siten Kempowerin kilpailukykyä.
”Kempower on ollut listattuna First North Growth Market -markkinapaikalla yli kahden vuoden ajan. Olemme tänä aikana ottaneet merkittäviä askelia maantieteellisen läsnäolon vakiinnuttamisessa kohdemarkkinoillamme ja toimintamme kehittämisessä. Olemme vielä nuori yhtiö uudella toimialalla, mutta koemme, että nyt on oikea aika ottaa seuraava askel ja siirtyä Nasdaq Helsingin pörssilistalle,” sanoo Kempowerin toimitusjohtaja Tomi Ristimäki.
